We need to output HTML fragment with sections: Overview? The instructions: use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading. We need to include sections only when posting has real specific content. The posting includes Overview (intro), Why Work for Us? Benefits (list), Responsibilities (list), Salary Level (Pay), Qualifications (list), Additional Attributes (maybe Skills?), Physical Demands (maybe not needed?), Competencies (maybe Skills?), Work Environment (maybe not needed). We need to decide which sections to include: Overview could be a paragraph (maybe not a heading). The instructions say use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can have headings like Benefits, Responsibilities, Qualifications, Pay, Skills (maybe from Additional Attributes and Competencies). We should not create sections with filler. We need to preserve all substantive information. We need to remove boilerplate: EEO, etc. Also remove navigation, cookie, legal, duplicated lines, application instructions. There's no explicit application instructions. We need to format lists with
  • . Use

for prose. We need to include Pay section: Salary Level $20.00 - $27.00 per hour. We need Benefits section: list from "Benefits We offer a competitive benefits package that includes - Medical Dental Vision Life Insurance Generous Paid Time Off (PTO) Free Short-term and Long-term Disability Coverage 401k plan with company contribution Wellness program that rewards you practicing a healthy lifestyle Tuition Reimbursement Employee Assistance Program and Discount Program to some of your favorite retailers Free Parking Career Growth and Development Supportive Team and Resources". This is a bit messy; we need to extract list items. Probably each bullet separated by line breaks? The text: "Benefits We offer a competitive benefits package that includes - MedicalDentalVisionLife InsuranceGenerous Paid Time Off (PTO)Free Short-term and Long-term Disability Coverage401k plan with company contributionWellness program that rewards you practicing a healthy lifestyleTuition ReimbursementEmployee Assistance Program and Discount Program to some of your favorite retailers Free ParkingCareer Growth and DevelopmentSupportive Team and Resources". It seems missing spaces. We need to parse: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Generous Paid Time Off (PTO), Free Short-term and Long-term Disability Coverage, 401k plan with company contribution, Wellness program that rewards you practicing a healthy lifestyle, Tuition Reimbursement, Employee Assistance Program and Discount Program to some of your favorite retailers, Free Parking, Career Growth and Development, Supportive Team and Resources. We'll create

    • for each. Responsibilities: list of duties. We need to extract each sentence separated by periods? The responsibilities paragraph is long; we can split into list items each duty. We'll produce
      • for each distinct duty. Qualifications: list: High School Diploma or Equivalent is Required, Basic Computer Skills, Previous healthcare experience strongly desired, Use of electronic medical record systems and electronic scheduling systems is strongly desired. Additional Attributes: list: Ability to Multi-task, Can Successfully Prioritize Tasks, Strong Organizational Skills, Ability to work Independently and Collaboratively, Self-Starter, Versatility, Strong Customer Service Skills, Detail-Oriented. Competencies: list: Uses Technical and Functional Experience..., Demonstrates Adaptability..., Uses Sound Judgment..., Shows Work Commitment..., Commits to Quality... We could combine Additional Attributes and Competencies into a Skills section. Or we could have Skills section covering both. The instruction says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can have Skills heading covering both Additional Attributes and Competencies. We need to preserve all substantive information; we can combine them under Skills. We also have Overview paragraph: "Overview Are you ready to take the next step in your professional journey? At Minnesota Oncology, we believe that our people are our greatest asset, and we are committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace where everyone can thrive. We are constantly on the lookout for talented individuals who are passionate, driven, and eager to make a difference. Come join this dynamic team who is passionate about providing exceptional care to our patients." We can put that as a

without heading. "Why Work for Us?" maybe not needed as heading; we already have Benefits heading. We need to remove duplicated lines: there is "Why Work for Us? Benefits". We'll treat Benefits heading. We need to output only HTML fragment. Let's craft:

        Overview paragraph...

We should not include Physical Demands or Work Environment sections because they are not in the allowed headings list? They could be omitted as they are not required; but we need to preserve all substantive information. However, the instructions say to include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text. It doesn't forbid including other headings not listed, but the examples given are typical. It says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It doesn't say we cannot use other headings, but we should follow the pattern. Physical Demands and Work Environment could be omitted? But we need to preserve all substantive information. However, those sections are generic boilerplate about accommodations etc. Might be considered boilerplate? They are not exactly boilerplate but they are standard sections. The instruction says remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. Physical Demands and Work Environment are not those; they are job description details. But we could incorporate them into a "Work Environment" heading if we want to preserve. However, the allowed headings list does not include Work Environment, but we could still use it; the instruction says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). The "e.g." suggests those are examples, not exclusive. So we could add Work Environment and Physical Demands if we want. But to keep sections few, we might omit them as they are somewhat generic. However, they contain specifics: "Work may require sitting for long periods of time; also stooping, bending and stretching for files and supplies. Occasionally lifting files or paper weighing up to 30 pounds. Requires manual dexterity sufficient to operate a keyboard, calculator, telephone, copier and other office equipment. Vision must be correctable to 20/20 and hearing must be in the normal range for telephone contacts. It is necessary to view and type on computer screens for prolonged periods of time." That's substantive. Similarly Work Environment: "Work is performed in an office environment. Involves contact with patients and public." That's also substantive. We could add a section "Work Environment" and maybe "Physical Demands". But the instruction says prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. Adding two more sections may be okay. But we already have many sections. Perhaps we can incorporate Physical Demands into Skills or Qualifications? Not ideal. Better to add a section "Work Environment" and maybe incorporate Physical Demands there. Let's add a heading

        Work Environment

        with a

describing office environment, patient contact. And maybe Physical Demands as a

under same section or separate. But we need to avoid filler. The content is specific. Let's decide: Add

        Work Environment

        with a

that includes both work environment and physical demands combined. We'll produce:

        Work Environment

Work is performed in an office environment involving contact with patients and the public. The role may require sitting for long periods of time; also stooping, bending and stretching for files and supplies. Occasionally lifting files or paper weighing up
