PSM Manager

Join a dynamic team at Preston Refrigeration where you can make a significant impact. We are seeking a PSM Manager to lead our Quality Management System initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement quality management systems in accordance with ISO standards.
• Oversee the continuous improvement of processes and procedures.
• Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and improve product quality.
• Train and mentor employees on quality management principles and practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in manufacturing or service industries.
• Experience with ISO 9001 certification and auditing.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodologies is a plus.
