Provisioning Analyst

About the role

You'll be joining Adobe on a contract opportunity, employed through NextDeavor. Benefits include health, vision, and dental coverage, paid sick leave eligibility based on state of residence, and an optional 401k plan (no employer match).

Responsibilities

• Create and manage new customer accounts, link solution accounts to cloud organizations, enable features and user access, and perform upgrades/renewals, suspensions and terminations.
• Review contracts to validate fulfillment requests for provisioning.
• Develop and maintain provisioning guidelines and work instructions to ensure consistent fulfillment.
• Maintain SharePoint databases and internal dashboards with accurate provisioning data.
• Manage transfer billing and perform billing ID remaps; track and upload billing changes.
• Liaise closely with Program Management and other teams to handle exceptions and out-of-process requests.
• Represent the organization professionally in internal and external interactions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.

This is a Hybrid role — onsite required 3 days a week (Tues/Wed/Thurs).

Pay
