Provisioning Analyst / Logistics

About the role

Responsible for managing and maintaining the provisioning of hardware and software resources across various departments within the organization. This includes ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory and track usage of all IT assets.
• Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery and proper installation of hardware and software.
• Develop and maintain documentation related to provisioning processes.
• Provide technical support to end-users regarding hardware and software issues.
• Ensure adherence to security protocols and data protection standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in IT provisioning or similar role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of ITIL best practices.
• Experience with asset management software.
• Understanding of network infrastructure and basic server administration.

Pay

• $60,000 - $75,000 annually.

Schedule
