PROVISIONAL PSYCHOLOGIST

About the role

We are seeking an innovative, authentic, and creative Provisional Psychologist to join our inclusive, community-focused private practice. Ideal candidates will have a passion for working with kids and a neuro-affirming, strengths-based approach.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapy to children and families
• Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including a paediatrician
• Participate in supervision and peer supervision sessions
• Utilize a range of therapeutic resources and clinical assessments

Requirements

• Minimum 4 days per week availability
• Registered Provisional Psychologist in good standing
• Experience working with children and families
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Passion for neuro-affirming and strengths-based approaches

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Psychology or related field
• Current registration as a Provisional Psychologist
• Experience in child and family therapy
• Knowledge of neurodevelopmental disorders and mental health

Pay
