Responsibilities

• Build Strategic Partnerships: Cultivate long-term relationships with key community partners and healthcare facilities using data-driven targeting to drive organizational growth.
• Drive Business Growth: Collaborate with hospital leaders and service line executives to design and execute growth plans that expand patient pipelines and service utilization.
• Consult & Uncover Needs: Meet regularly with external partners to identify gaps and deliver tailored solutions, including clinical education and specialized practice support.
• Track Performance & Resolve Barriers: Monitor pipeline goals, analyze feedback, and proactively solve operational challenges to ensure strong partner satisfaction and continuous growth.

Requirements

• High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of cumulative experience OR 7 years of applicable cumulative job-specific experience required.
• 3 years of leadership or management experience preferred.
