Provider Relations Representative

About the role

The Provider Relations Representative plays a crucial role in enhancing patient care by ensuring seamless communication between healthcare providers and patients. This individual will be responsible for addressing patient concerns, coordinating appointments, and providing educational resources.

Responsibilities

• Handle patient inquiries and concerns via phone, email, and in-person visits.
• Coordinate patient appointments and manage scheduling conflicts.
• Provide educational materials and resources to patients regarding their healthcare needs.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure smooth patient-provider interactions.
• Monitor patient satisfaction and provide feedback to improve services.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Communications, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in healthcare administration or customer service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Qualifications

Pay

$50,000 - $60,000 annually.

Schedule

Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
