Position Summary
Carry out market analysis to pinpoint growth opportunities and stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities.
Formulate and execute strategic sales plans to boost business growth in the designated territory.
Increase new patient encounters through targeted outreach, strategic partnerships, and participation in local events.
Engage in outreach and educational activities with selected specialty providers to foster strong relationships and drive referrals.
Present and conduct in-services for healthcare providers to showcase services and address their inquiries or concerns.
Collaborate with referring practices and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding and positive patient experiences.
Provide timely and organized reports using CRM tools, management tracking, and expense platforms.
Advocate for patient needs and ensure services align with best practices in infusion therapy.
Maintain updated knowledge of therapies, industry regulations, market trends, and compliance standards to provide accurate and credible information to healthcare providers and patients.
Develop and manage travel routes, optimize time efficiency, and conduct pre and post-call planning.
