Provider Relations Manager
About the role
The Provider Relationship Manager will own the provider-facing relationship for Cadence's clinical programs. This role requires frequent roundtrip flights and local driving between clinic sites within the assigned market region. Candidates must be comfortable with a schedule that involves being on the road nearly every week, with limited exceptions during major holiday weeks.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end deployment of the Cadence solution at the practice level, aligning platform capabilities to existing provider workflows and driving clinician and patient adoption from launch through steady-state.
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with physicians, care teams, and clinic administrators across assigned health system partners, serving as the primary escalation path and ongoing point of contact.
- Maintain and monitor provider engagement metrics and adoption data, presenting performance reports at regularly scheduled touchpoints and using insights to drive behavior change and improve outcomes at the practice level.
- Identify and develop expansion opportunities within existing partner organizations, surfacing new patient populations and conditions where Cadence can extend care delivery.
- Partner with the Partnerships team to develop repeatable processes that enable Cadence to scale efficiently across existing and new health system relationships.
- Collaborate with internal Product and Care Delivery teams to channel provider feedback into platform improvements, ensuring Cadence continuously improves its technology and services in response to real clinical need.
- Navigate complex clinical environments with autonomy, diagnosing workflow gaps, escalating where appropriate, and driving resolutions that hold across the partnership.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in account management, project leadership, or healthcare customer service in pharmacy, provider-facing, or clinical support environments.
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare, business, communications, or a related field.
- Demonstrated ability to build credible relationships with both clinical and administrative audiences and manage multiple stakeholder relationships simultaneously.
- Track record of exceeding performance targets in field-based, goal-driven environments where outcomes are measured and results are owned end-to-end.
- Comfort operating independently in a high-travel role - national weekly travel to provider sites two to three nights per week is a non-negotiable requirement; candidates must reside within commutable range of a major airport.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace and web-based collaboration tools, with strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to influencing provider engagement and outcomes.
- Fluency with AI productivity tools (such as Gemini, Notion AI, or comparable platforms) and comfort applying them to structured workflows, reporting, and process documentation.

Pay
Expected on-target earnings (OTE) for this role typically range between $165,000 - $180,000, depending on experience, skills, seniority, and business needs. Total compensation includes base salary, variable incentive compensation, and equity as part of the overall package. Actual compensation may vary by location.
