About the role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and communicative Provider Relations LPN to join our team. This role serves as a critical liaison between our organization and healthcare providers, ensuring that all clinical notifications and communications are accurate, complete, and compliant.
Responsibilities
- Review provider notifications and correspondence submitted by teams for clinical accuracy and appropriateness.
- Identify discrepancies, missing information, or medical necessity concerns, and escalate or resolve as appropriate.
- Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., Outbound, Inbound, C&E, Triage) to ensure timely and accurate resolution of provider concerns.
- Aid in interpreting and explaining clinical guidelines, protocols, and policies to teams to support learning and provide coaching opportunities.
- Collaborate with Client Success to support provider relationships and problem solve any issues.
- Maintain accurate records of communications and clinical reviews in accordance with company policies and applicable regulations.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of workflows and communication strategies related to provider engagement.
Requirements
- Active, unrestricted LPN COMPACT license. Willing to obtain additional licensure as needed by the business.
- Strong understanding of clinical documentation, terminology, and HIPAA.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey clinical information to both clinical and non-clinical audiences.
- Ability to multitask and assist in different areas as needed.
- Meet productivity requirements established by the company.
Qualifications
