Provider Relations Lead

Accountabilities

• Manage provider engagement strategies
• Lead a team of Provider Relations Specialists
• Ensure effective communication and collaboration across healthcare stakeholders
• Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers
• Serve as the primary escalation point for complex provider questions, concerns, and relationship issues
• Educate providers on policies, procedures, services, and compliance requirements
• Develop and execute communication strategies and campaigns
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to expand and optimize provider networks
• Maintain provider performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement
• Ensure provider relations activities comply with regulatory requirements, contractual commitments, and accreditation standards
• Analyze provider data, prepare reports, and provide strategic insights

Requirements

• Experience in healthcare administration, provider relations, network management, or a related area
• Proven leadership abilities and strong stakeholder management skills
• Demonstrated experience leading teams and managing provider-focused initiatives
• Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, managed care principles, and payer-provider relationships
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust with diverse stakeholders
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and develop actionable recommendations
• Experience using Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
• Able to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and operate effectively in a changing healthcare environment
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across internal teams and external partners
• Must be located within the United States and able to work remotely
