Provider Relations Assistant - Remote Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update provider schedules, including audits, changes, cancellations, and weekly distribution
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for providers via phone and email, resolving questions in a timely manner
  • Accurately record provider hours in internal systems such as WATS and payroll platforms
  • Cook up travel arrangements for providers when applicable
  • Monitor and respond to the provider relations inbox to ensure consistent communication
  • Aid in the creation and rollout of Memoranda of Understanding (MOUs) across teams
  • Assist the Scheduling Operations Manager with ongoing projects and general administrative support, including occasional overtime

Qualifications

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required
  • At least 1 year of experience in an administrative or clerical role
  • Scheduling or provider relations experience is preferred but not required

About the Role

The Provider Relations Assistant supports the coordination and day-to-day communication between healthcare providers and internal departments. In this fully remote role, you’ll help manage provider schedules, maintain accurate records, and ensure timely follow-up on inquiries to keep operations running efficiently.

Pay

This position starts at $19/hour.

Schedule

This is a full-time opportunity, Monday–Friday (8:00 AM–4:30 PM).
