Provider Relations Advocate - Remote

Primary Responsibilities

• Aid in the end-to-end claims process and improve call quality.
• Support efforts to simplify the physician portal and future service enhancements.
• Contribute to the design and implementation of programs that foster positive relationships between the health plan, providers, and practice managers.
• Support the development and management of provider networks.
• Implement training and development programs for external providers through education initiatives.
• Identify gaps in network composition and services to assist in network contracting and development.

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of health care/managed care experience.
• 2+ years of provider relations and/or provider network experience.
• 2+ years of experience with Medicaid regulations.
• Intermediate level of proficiency in claims processing and issue resolution.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to travel up to 25% within the territory.
• Driver’s License and access to reliable transportation.

Pay and Benefits

The salary for this role will range from $60,200 to $107,400 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable. Additional benefits include a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase, and a 401(k) contribution (subject to eligibility requirements).
