Your Key Responsibilities

  • Be the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their satisfaction and delivering outstanding service.
  • Communicate effectively and timely, acting as a true partner in our clients' financial journeys.
  • Educate clients on financial topics and develop personalized financial plans for budgeting, investing, and retirement planning.
  • Identify opportunities to increase account value through upselling and cross-selling while maintaining exemplary client satisfaction.

Who You Are

  • We're looking for someone who's ready to make a mark in the financial landscape.
  • Must be a U.S. citizen, aged 18 or above, with a talent for verbal and written communication.
  • Must have the skills to translate account health metrics into actionable insights.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce and obtaining a Life Producer license within two weeks of employment is a must.

Your Qualifications

  • Experience in customer service, leadership, or sales is valuable.
  • Your background in education, coaching, military, or athletics, coupled with a negotiation spirit and problem-solving skills, will set you apart.
