Provider Recruiter

BayCare Clinic is a successful, dynamic group comprised of 19 specialties and a physician-owned entity with joint ownership in Aurora BayCare Medical Center, a 167-bed hospital in Green Bay, WI, offering a built-in referral base.

About the role

The Provider Recruiter develops and executes short- and long-term strategies for physician and advanced practice provider recruitment and retention, in partnership with the Human Resources Manager.

• Actively sources provider recruits by developing search profiles, identifying candidates, and making appropriate contacts.
• Builds and maintains positive relationships with outside recruiters, negotiating search agreements as directed.
• Partners with key stakeholders to identify talent needs and determine criteria used to produce quality candidates.
• Takes an active role in advertising, promotions, and social activities related to physician and advanced provider recruitment.
• Connects with residency and fellowship programs to promote BayCare Clinic opportunities.
• Attends job fairs and conferences to promote BayCare Clinic and source physician & advanced practice provider recruits.
• Serves as the point of contact for physician & advanced provider candidates.
• Conducts cold calls, prepares mass mailings, develops and places advertisements.
• Shares CV information with the manager and appropriate department managing partners.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in an appropriate discipline with a minimum of 3 years of recruiting experience, preferably in healthcare, is strongly desired.
• Superior interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills are required.
• A working knowledge of employment law is necessary.
• Strong working knowledge of MS Office is necessary.

Schedule

Full time, Monday–Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. No holidays or weekends.
