About the role

The Provider Recruiting Coordinator works closely with Overlake’s Provider Recruiter to ensure a smooth hiring process and an exceptional experience for Physician, ARNP and Physician Assistant candidates and new hires. They are also a member of the Human Resources team, working closely with other HR Coordinators to ensure timely and helpful responses to HR visitors, phone calls and email messages.

Responsibilities

  • Works closely with Overlake’s Provider Recruiter to ensure a smooth hiring process and an exceptional experience for Physician, ARNP and Physician Assistant candidates and new hires.
  • Member of the Human Resources team, working closely with other HR Coordinators to ensure timely and helpful responses to HR visitors, phone calls and email messages.
  • This is a 100% in-person role, M-F.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years fast-paced administrative support experience involving calendar management, strong attention to detail and the ability to protect confidential information.
  • A bachelor’s degree will substitute for two years of administrative experience.
  • Prior experience with provider recruiting preferred.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems preferred.
  • Exceptional customer service skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in person, by phone and in writing.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple, time-sensitive tasks.

The posted pay range represents the entire pay scale, from minimum to maximum. For jobs with more than one level, the posted range reflects the minimum of the lowest level and the maximum of the highest level. Some positions also offer additional pay based on shift, certification or level of education. Job offers are determined based on a candidate's years of relevant experience and internal equity.
