Provider Network Specialist

About the role

The Provider Network Specialist is responsible for managing the provider network for a healthcare organization. This includes outreach efforts, contract negotiations, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow the provider network through targeted outreach and relationship building
• Negotiate contracts with providers to ensure fair compensation and terms
• Ensure all contracted providers are compliant with healthcare regulations and standards
• Monitor and report on the performance of the provider network
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within the healthcare industry

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare provider relations or contracting
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
• Excellent organizational and project management skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Pay

Salary range: $50,000 - $75,000 per year

Schedule

Full-time position, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
