About the role
The Provider Network Specialist is responsible for managing the provider network for a healthcare organization. This includes outreach efforts, contract negotiations, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow the provider network through targeted outreach and relationship building
- Negotiate contracts with providers to ensure fair compensation and terms
- Ensure all contracted providers are compliant with healthcare regulations and standards
- Monitor and report on the performance of the provider network
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within the healthcare industry
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare provider relations or contracting
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Excellent organizational and project management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Qualifications
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards
- Experience with healthcare provider networks and contracting processes
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong written and verbal communication skills

Pay
Salary range: $50,000 - $75,000 per year
Schedule
Full-time position, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
