Provider Network Specialist
Duties and Responsibilities
- Inputs Provider Data into the NVA AS400 system utilizing SharePoint and other Network Drives
- Experience with or ability to learn the NVA system to assist in provider set up
- Responds to mail and emails received from providers. Makes all appropriate changes to provider database as requested by providers
- Affords assistance in resolving member inquiries and complaints regarding providers
- Affords assistance in answering provider calls from the call center, as necessary
- Tracks and works Excel Spreadsheets, Word & PDF Documents
- Performs other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- High school diploma
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required
- Proficiency in computer applications and experience with Microsoft Office products
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to effectively prioritize tasks are essential
- Must be able to perform multiple tasks
