Provider Network Specialist

Duties and Responsibilities

• Inputs Provider Data into the NVA AS400 system utilizing SharePoint and other Network Drives
• Experience with or ability to learn the NVA system to assist in provider set up
• Responds to mail and emails received from providers. Makes all appropriate changes to provider database as requested by providers
• Affords assistance in resolving member inquiries and complaints regarding providers
• Affords assistance in answering provider calls from the call center, as necessary
• Tracks and works Excel Spreadsheets, Word & PDF Documents
• Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• High school diploma
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required
• Proficiency in computer applications and experience with Microsoft Office products
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to effectively prioritize tasks are essential
• Must be able to perform multiple tasks
