About the role

Enter, update, and maintain provider, vendor, and network information within the Health Benefits system. Investigate, correct, and resolve provider or network issues routed by Pre-Processing, Claims, Customer Service, or outsource vendor.

Responsibilities

• Enter, update, and maintain provider, vendor, and network data in the Health Benefits system
• Investigate, correct, and resolve provider or network issues

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED equivalent
• Familiarity with provider billing or claims
• Detail oriented with excellent data entry skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer service and production-driven environment
• Ability to use common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in oral, written, or diagram form
• Flexible and open to continued process improvement
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work effectively with team members, employees/members, providers, and co-workers
• Ability to learn new/proprietary systems, adapt to various system platforms, and effectively use MS Excel/Word

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous pre-processing, provider maintenance, or repricing experience
• Previous provider billing experience

Pay

Min to max range: $12.71 - $23.62 per hour. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
