- Represent Counterpart Health in the Market: Serve as a brand ambassador at provider meetings, conferences, healthcare events, and community organizations to increase awareness, generate new opportunities, and strengthen Counterpart Health's presence in key growth markets.
- Ensure a Seamless Transition to Onboarding: Partner closely with Provider Success teams to ensure providers are well prepared for onboarding and positioned for a successful launch.

- A strong understanding of primary care, Medicare Advantage, value-based care, provider economics, quality incentive programs, and reimbursement models.
- A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas, provider contracting or recruitment goals, and territory growth objectives.
- A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, field-based sales environment and is motivated by building new relationships, opening markets, and delivering measurable growth.
