Linx Printing Technologies is launching direct sales and service operations in the United States! About the role

As a Growth Driver, you’ll focus on winning new customers and managing won business, selling technical solutions for coding and marking (including inkjet, case printing, laser solutions, thermal transfer, and more). You’ll use market analysis, strategic planning, and hands-on sales execution to help Linx grow. This role splits your week between 3 field-based days (visiting clients, conducting product demonstrations, and closing deals) and 2 office-based days (prospecting new opportunities and building customer relationships).

Responsibilities

  • Drive New Business: Identify and pursue new customers through cold calling, targeted outreach, and strategic prospecting.
  • Manage the Sales Cycle: Qualify leads, develop and present proposals, and close deals to achieve sales and profit goals.
  • Build Relationships: Establish and maintain strong connections with decision makers, follow up consistently, and understand customer needs.
  • Maximize Account Value: Support new customers to ensure they get the most from Linx solutions, encouraging long-term partnerships.
  • Leverage Technology: Use Salesforce and other sales tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, call systems, live chat, email) to manage your pipeline and improve efficiency.
  • Analyze & Strategize: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activity, and new technologies to identify opportunities and refine your sales approach.
  • Collaborate for Success: Work closely with Marketing and Sales teams to share insights, shape campaigns, and drive growth.

Requirements

  • Self-motivation and a strategic mindset.
  • Problem-solving skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or similar.
  • Experience or interest in coding and marking technology.
  • At least 2 years of successful sales experience in coding, marking, or a related technology field.

Pay

The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. The final amount will be based on relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, performance, and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
