• Use multiple websites and systems to review and input enrollment data
• Be a productive member of the team and answer inbound calls where necessary
• Comply with contract requirements, business unit rules, and related legal regulations
• Demonstrate time management, attendance, and punctuality
• Ability to travel throughout the state of Delaware

Responsibilities

In this role, you should expect:

• This is a fully remote position requiring a dedicated home office or private workspace with a door to ensure a professional, distraction-free work environment
• Employees must be available to work Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with punctuality and reliable attendance being essential
• Maintain focus, meet performance expectations, and adhere to company policies while working remotely
• Broadband internet connection with a minimum speed of 24 Mbps download and 8 Mbps upload (greater speeds recommended for better performance)

Requirements

• Experience working in a metric-driven environment
• Experience working independently
• Experience working in the healthcare industry, specifically Medicaid
• Experience meeting service level agreements and contractual obligations
• Ability to handle face-to-face interactions

Pay

The pay range for this position is $35,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year. The base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
