About the role
As a Provider Quality Analyst, you will contribute your skills to help clients improve the health and well-being of community members by harnessing the power of technology. This role involves reviewing and inputting enrollment data using multiple websites and systems, complying with contract requirements, business unit rules, and legal regulations, and managing time, attendance, and punctuality effectively.
Responsibilities
- Use multiple websites and systems to review and input enrollment data
- Be a productive member of the team
- Comply with contract requirements, business unit rules, and related legal regulations
- Maintain strong time management, attendance, and punctuality
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Meet Service Level Agreements and contractual obligations
- Learn and ask questions to work independently
Requirements
- Experience working in a metric-driven environment
- Experience using multiple monitors and systems
- Experience working in the Healthcare Industry, specifically Medicaid
- Ability to meet performance expectations and adhere to company policies while working remotely
Work Environment
This is a fully remote position requiring a dedicated home office or private workspace with a door to ensure a professional, distraction-free environment. Employees must be available to work Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with punctuality and reliable attendance being essential.
Broadband Internet connections should have a minimum speed of 24 Mbps download and 8 Mbps upload for optimal performance.
Pay
The pay range for this position is $35,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year. The base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
