Must not create sections with filler. We need to use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use

for prose. We need to preserve all substantive info; not invent or summarize away detail. We need to avoid duplication. Let's extract content: Position Purpose paragraph: "Develop and maintain strategic partnerships between the health plan and contracted provider networks to advance value-based care initiatives, improve provider performance, and enhance member outcomes. Serve as a trusted advisor to providers and internal stakeholders by delivering data-driven insights, operational support, and performance improvement strategies. Contribute to network management, contracting, and value-based payment (VBP) program success through program administration, relationship management, analytics, education, and process optimization." That's prose. Key Details about location and visa: "For this role, we are only considering qualified applicants residing/currently living in Kentucky. Sponsorship and future sponsorship are not available for this opportunity, including employment-based visa types H-1B, L-1, O-1, H-1B1, F-1, J-1, OPT, or CPT." That's also prose; could go under Requirements or Qualifications. Then list of responsibilities: many bullet-like sentences. We can convert to

      • items: competitive pay, health insurance, 401K and stock purchase plans, tuition reimbursement, paid time off plus holidays, flexible approach to work with remote, hybrid, field or office work schedules. But note: The paragraph also includes sentences about actual pay adjustment etc. Those are prose; we can keep as

after list. Schedule: travel ability. We need to decide sections: About the role (position purpose), Responsibilities (list), Requirements (education/experience + location/visa?), Qualifications maybe same as Requirements? To avoid thin sections, we could combine education/experience and location/visa into Requirements. Skills could be HEDIS proficiency etc. Benefits separate. Pay separate. Schedule separate. We must not create sections with filler. Ensure each section has real content. Let's craft:
