Provider Data Processor -Remote

About the role

NTT DATA, Inc. is currently seeking a Remote - Provider Data Management Processor to join our team. Our client is one of the leading health plans in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and process provider transactions in accordance with plan provisions.
• Follow the policy and procedure defined by the customer.
• Secure protected health information (PHI).
• Apply specialized technical skills in established working knowledge.
• Understand how work impacts results for their area.
• Demonstrate knowledge of internal operations and develop relationships to facilitate workflow.
• Apply knowledge of related regulations and standards.
• Understand current processes and procedures and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Complete a wide range of tasks and assignments, typically non-routine and variable in nature.
• Resolve complex situations by applying demonstrated knowledge and skills generally acquired through job experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of experience in healthcare processing (Provider Data Management preferred; Claims or other healthcare payer/provider experience accepted).

Preferred Skills/Experience

• Experience in Provider Data Management and/or Provider Credentialing.
• Experience in Appian, ServiceNow is a plus.
• 3+ years of experience using a computer with Windows PC applications, including keyboard use, screen navigation, internet search engines, and other web-based applications.
• 3+ years of experience with the Microsoft Office suite, requiring daily usage of Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• Ability to type 40 WPM.

Pay

The hourly rate for this remote role is $16.75/hour. This rate reflects the target compensation for the position across all U.S. locations. Actual compensation will depend on several factors, including the candidate’s actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.
