About the Opportunity:The PROVIDER CREDENTIALING ONBOARDING SPECIALIST is responsible for facilitating a smooth onboarding process for new healthcare providers. This role supports credentialing and payer enrollment by managing documentation, ensuring data accuracy, and coordinating communication to meet provider start dates. The position is essential in enabling timely and effective integration of providers into the healthcare system. Responsibilities:Guide onboarding providers through required documentation and expectationsProvide responsive and detailed customer service to support providersMaintain tracking records and communicate status updates to relevant teamsEscalate issues or delays to management promptlyCollect and verify essential provider documents such as licenses and certificatesReview credentialing and enrollment applications for completeness and accuracyUpdate provider profiles in internal systems with compliance and accuracyCollaborate with cross-functional teams to transfer provider information efficientlyPerform other assigned duties Requirements:Minimum 1 year of experience in healthcare administration, medical staff services, or provider enrollment/credentialingMinimum 1 year of provider-facing customer service experienceBasic knowledge of CAQH, provider licensure, and enrollment documentationPreferred proficiency with Google WorkspacePreferred experience with Verity Credential Stream Pay Range and Compensation Package:Base salary range of $63,000 to $67,000, exclusive of bonuses and benefitsEligible for an annual bonus targeted at 10%Base pay determined by experience, education, and geographic location Benefits & Perks:Medical insuranceDental insuranceVision insurance401KPaid time offLife insurancePet insuranceWellness programs Equal Opportunity Statement: Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
