Prototype Facilitator 1 PM to 9 PM

About the role

Position Overview: The Facilitator supports Prototype and R&D team operations by organizing priorities, assigning tasks, and ensuring timely follow-through on requests. This role provides hands-on troubleshooting support, resolves routine operational issues, and serves as the primary point of contact to make day-to-day decisions to keep work progressing safely and on schedule, in alignment with direction from the Prototype & Sample Supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Assist Specialist in troubleshooting work assignments for prototype technicians to meet delivery expectations.
• Support technicians when reaching out for required materials and tools to complete work requests.
• Assist with troubleshooting issues that come up throughout the shift.
• Escalate issues that cannot be resolved with current tools/knowledge to Supervisor for resolution.
