About the role

Production Control Associates at TTM Technologies are valued for their experience, which is critical to the company's success. The position seeks individuals with process manufacturing experience and those who support continuous improvement.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Ability to read, understand, and follow written procedures and instructions in English.
  • Ability to prepare travelers for release to the floor.
  • Ability to start product remakes.
  • Ability to change orders on travelers in the shop and computer.
  • Verify phone orders from sales and file all related documents.
  • Ability to move stock boards from shipping to stock room and to purge stock room quarterly.
  • Ability to prepare product packages for release to the CAM/Planning/Program department.
  • Ability to purge product packages as needed.

Essential Knowledge & Skills

  • Demonstrated comprehension of written instructions in English including customer standards, blueprints, and shop control documents.
  • Must have good English skills: written and verbal communication skills are required.
  • Team working skills are critical for success.
  • Good hand, finger and eye coordination required.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally.
  • Ability to stand or sit for long periods of time.
  • Ability to work daily and weekend overtime as necessary.
  • Must be comfortable working with or around areas with chemicals.

Education & Experience

  • Required Education: High School Diploma required.
  • Required Work Experience: Computer experience required: keyboarding for data entry and documentation.

Compensation for roles at TTM Technologies varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set and level of experience. As required by local law, TTM provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in New York, California and Colorado. For California-based roles, compensation ranges are based upon specific physical locations.

  • Understanding the Export and ITAR requirements for shipments leaving the US;
  • Managing vendor approvals for ITAR manufacturing and services.
