Protein Pack Room Lead
Northwest Arkansas Food Bank nourishes NWA communities by feeding hungry people. Since 1988, we have distributed over 14 million pounds of food annually through more than 110 agency partners, including food pantries, soup kitchens, shelters, and mobile and school pantries.
About the role
This is a hands-on working lead position that performs Protein Pack Room (PPR) Technician duties while providing daily work direction to PPR Technicians and temporary employees. The role coordinates workflow, equipment setup, sanitation, product movement, training, and food safety documentation, and assumes oversight of PPR operations when the PPR Supervisor is absent.
