About the role

Responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining protection and control systems in power generation facilities. Collaborate with engineers and technicians to ensure system reliability and efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement new protection and control systems
  • Perform system testing and debugging
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues
  • Document system configurations and procedures

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in power generation protection and control systems
  • Proficiency in automation software and hardware
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of protective relaying and control systems
  • Experience with SCADA systems and PLCs
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Skills

  • Proficient in programming languages such as Python or MATLAB
  • Experience with data analysis tools like Excel or R
  • Good understanding of electrical principles and power systems

Pay

  • $80,000 - $100,000 annually

Schedule

  • Full-time position
  • Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
