Responsibilities

• Engage with personal development or professional growth material
• Post approved ads or outreach content to attract potential clients
• Connect with prospective clients via phone or Zoom
• Participate in weekly training and team calls
• Practice and teach mindset techniques such as reflection, visualization, or gratitude
• Coach and support clients within our programs

Requirements

• Experience with high-ticket sales and attraction-based marketing (ethical, non-pressure approach)
• Self-starting, entrepreneurial, or business development background
• Experience with discovery calls or client interviews (preferred)
• 5+ years of engagement with personal growth or professional development
• Professional, clear, and authentic communication skills
