About the role
The Sales Coach & Performance Leader at Landmark Roofing is a hands-on leadership position for someone who thrives in the field, working directly alongside the Residential and Commercial sales representatives.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Coach and develop Residential and Commercial sales representatives.
- Conduct daily sales training sessions and ongoing skill development workshops.
- Ride along with sales representatives in the field to provide real-time coaching and mentorship.
- Help salespeople improve presentations, objection handling, closing techniques, and customer communication.
- Lead role-playing exercises, call reviews, and sales practice sessions.
- Create accountability through coaching, development, and leadership rather than micromanagement.
- Recruit, onboard, and develop top sales talent.
- Analyze sales performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Partner with Marketing and Operations to ensure alignment and customer satisfaction.
- Support Project Estimators in securing business and strengthening client relationships.
- Maintain CRM accuracy and reinforce data accountability across the sales organization.
- Report performance trends and team development progress to the Leadership Team.

Preferred Experience
- 3–5+ years of sales leadership, coaching, or training experience.
- Demonstrated history of increasing team performance and revenue growth.
- Experience in roofing, construction, home services, or a related industry preferred.
- Experience developing both new and experienced sales professionals.

Compensation
Competitive base salary plus performance incentives. Compensation will be designed to reward one thing: building a winning sales team.
Work Schedule
Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (with 1 - hour lunch break). Based at Landmark Roofing HQ, with significant field time for ride-alongs, coaching, and client visits.
