Prospective and disruptive innovation

About the role

Support the Board of Directors of a $2-billion turnover company in imagining how the company could evolve over the long term, exploring disruptive innovation and new business models that could emerge if the core business were to disappear in 15 years.

Responsibilities

• Co-design and facilitate two remote workshops structured around “design fiction” to explore future business models.
• Conduct a prospective phase to scan and gain insight into major trends across different fields.
• Define three possible future scenarios for the company in 15 years, leveraging its existing infrastructures and capacities while challenging the current status quo.
• Facilitate workshops and provide a debriefing of findings.
