• Required Technical Skills: Experience as a Volume Lead, Book Boss, or Lead Management Writer

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

• Serve as Volume Lead and/or Lead Writer for Management Sections of proposals ranging in value from $100M to $1B+
• Expert knowledge and hands-on experience in developing technical and management volumes is a key requirement for this position
• Write, edit, and revise proposal materials and coordinate with technical and program personnel to ensure accuracy
• Analyze RFP requirements, and participates in color team reviews
• Provide guidance, mentoring, and work leadership to less experienced Proposals Writers
• Participate in the continuing quality improvement initiatives

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree; In lieu of degree, 4+ additional years of work experience, training, education and/or certifications will be considered
• Required Experience: 15+ years of federal proposal writing for a government contractor or equivalent technical experience
• Required Technical Skills: Experience as a Volume Lead, Book Boss, or Lead Management Writer
• Location: remote
