Proposal Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage the completion of RFPs (proofing, managing content, working across the organization to assimilate information, and adhering to due dates)
• Facilitate kickoff meetings, set response timelines, and hold internal teams accountable to strict client deadlines
• Review bid documents to ensure every RFP instruction, formatting constraint, and compliance requirement is met
• Collaborate with other departments and functional areas to obtain relevant, up-to-date content
• Manage all status calls and solutioning sessions
• Manage, create, and produce Cotiviti sales-related initiatives under tight deadlines
• Continually assess and update content in response to changes in services and market feedback
• Manage the RFP repository and conduct RFP reporting
• Provide other functions that support the Sales team

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in English or other relevant field, or equivalent
• 5+ years of professional writing/editing experience, preferably in healthcare-related field
• 2+ years of project management experience
• Excellent written and oral communications skills
• Ability to interact with colleagues at all levels
• Strong analytic, research, and interpersonal skills

Base Compensation

Base compensation ranges from $96,000 to $126,000 per year.
