About the role
Join the Wealth Sales organization, supporting Advisor Sales, RIA, and High Net Worth Consulting partners as part of the Advisory and High Net Worth Sales territory model. This team functions as a critical operational and sales enablement group, responsible for translating complex client needs into high-quality, timely proposals across Envestnet’s platform capabilities. The team partners closely with sales leadership and cross-functional teams to support proposal construction, UMA model workflows, custom and high-net-worth cases, and client-specific solutions. Through direct involvement in proposal delivery, pipeline management, and regional sales campaigns, the team plays a key role in driving sales execution while offering exposure and potential growth into sales-oriented responsibilities.
Responsibilities
- Thoroughly learn, understand, and present all Envestnet Platform Proposal Capabilities for outsourced products and ensure effective and efficient delivery of proposals to existing and prospective clients.
- Construct proposal requests through the Envestnet Platform proposal tool.
- Proficiency in UMA Model Building and proposal workflows for program and product types including Fund Strategist Portfolios, Separately Managed Accounts, Unified Managed Accounts, and Custom Case.
- Responsible understanding, transcribing, and submitting cost basis reports for Portfolio Asset Transition Summary (PATS) analysis for cases where customized tax management is required.
- Research and respond to inbound client requests for proposals, product availability, literature, and other supporting documentation.
- Identify, resolve, or refer service issues, sales opportunities, and Custom Case or High Net Worth cases to the appropriate internal teams or external partners.
- Participate in regional sales campaigns through outbound call and email activity as directed by Regional, Advisor Sales, and RIA leadership.
- Maintain and update sales pipeline and closed sales in Salesforce and follow up as needed with sales partners and clients.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field of study
0-2 years of experience in the financial services industry
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proven ability to self-manage, with strong organization skills and attention to detail
