Proposal Analyst - Public Sector

About the role

Huron seeks a Proposal Analyst to support the proposal development process within the Sales Enablement function. This role is integral to the proposal lifecycle, collaborating with proposal managers, sales teams, and subject matter experts to prepare and submit responsive and compliant proposals.

Responsibilities

• Manage proposal logistics and facilitate digital collaboration
• Leverage AI-enabled tools to streamline administrative tasks and support proposal development
• Schedule and coordinate proposal reviews and meetings
• Develop initial templates for content writers and gather proposal inputs
• Communicate status updates and proposal logistics to team members and stakeholders
• Build simple tables, graphics, and process diagrams for proposals
• Provide proposal publishing and proofreading support to ensure alignment with brand standards
• Monitor sales intake mailbox and reports/dashboards for timely action

Qualifications

• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Deadline- and detail-oriented with strong collaboration and time management skills
• Organizes work effectively and manages competing responsibilities efficiently
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, Adobe Acrobat, and AI tools
• Has a baseline understanding of applying automation in the workplace
• Ability to pivot between multiple proposals in a high-volume, quick-turn environment
• Delivers clear and informative written communications
• Adaptable and excels in working with various teams

Pay

The estimated base salary range for this job is $60,000 - $80,000. The actual salary may vary based on additional factors.

Schedule

The position is full-time.
