About the role
We’re looking for a talented Proposal Analyst to join our Growth organization. This role supports the development of compelling, compliant RFP responses by analyzing requirements, coordinating inputs, and assembling complete, high-quality proposal packages. You’ll work closely with business development, program leaders, external partners, internal stakeholders, and subject matter experts to deliver proposals that reflect CLEAResult’s capabilities and support company growth.
Responsibilities
- Translate RFP requirements into clear, actionable plans.
- Organize and synthesize large volumes of information into cohesive proposal packages.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and hold stakeholders accountable to timelines.
- Manage multiple proposals, deadlines, and deliverables with precision.
- Ensure full compliance with RFP requirements and submission standards.
- Support solution development and overall proposal strategy.
- Contribute to writing and editing where needed, while maintaining a consistent voice.
- Perform quality checks, version control, and final submission readiness.
- Thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and drive work forward independently.
- Continuously improve processes, tools, and ways of working.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in project coordination, proposal support, program operations, or similar analytical roles.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to synthesize complex information.
- Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite, especially Word and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work independently, stay accountable, and drive work forward in ambiguous situations.
- Strong written communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Comfort using technology and new AI tools and processes quickly.
- Interest in innovation, program development, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Bachelor’s degree.
Preferred Experience
- Experience participating in the proposal/RFP process.
- Energy efficiency, utility, or regulated program experience.
- Experience with Claude, the AI platform.

Pay
Target compensation: $70,000–80,000. The range for this role is $65,800–$98,700, determined based on internal equity, market data, applicant’s skills, and prior relevant experience.
