About the role
The Property Technology & Systems Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the implementation and maintenance of all technology systems within the property management department.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the installation and configuration of new software and hardware systems
- Maintain existing systems to ensure optimal performance
- Provide technical support to staff members as needed
- Collaborate with IT teams to resolve system issues
- Develop and implement training programs for staff on new technologies
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in IT support or management
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
- Experience with network administration and troubleshooting
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Qualifications
- Proficiency in SQL and database management
- Experience with cloud-based solutions
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
