About the role

The Property Technology & Systems Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the implementation and maintenance of all technology systems within the property management department.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the installation and configuration of new software and hardware systems
  • Maintain existing systems to ensure optimal performance
  • Provide technical support to staff members as needed
  • Collaborate with IT teams to resolve system issues
  • Develop and implement training programs for staff on new technologies

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in IT support or management
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
  • Experience with network administration and troubleshooting
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in SQL and database management
  • Experience with cloud-based solutions
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
