Property Technician VI (5689) with Security Clearance

Responsibilities

• Plans and executes the process of declaling new accountable and non-accountable property.
• Ensures that all property transactions are accurately entered into the Property Management Information System (PMIS) and substantiating documents are created and maintained.
• Reviews PMIS and other databases to research missing items, misclassified documents, inappropriate entries, and takes corrective action.
• Creates periodic reports that cover procurement, acquisition, utilization, value, and disposition of government property.

Requirements

• Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check.
• Associates degree in a related field. Two years of specialized experience plus a High School Diploma is equivalent to an Associates degree.
• Minimum of two years experience in a related field.
• Must be proficient in MS Office Suite.

Pay

Salary range is 55 - 65K depending on experience.

Schedule

Position is in Bethesda.
