Property Support Specialist/Porter

About the role

In this role, you'll play an important part in the day-to-day operations of the community by supporting resident services, maintaining amenities and common areas, assisting with community events, and helping ensure our property is clean, organized, and inviting.

Responsibilities

• Prepare apartments for new residents
• Assist with move-ins
• Organize the package room
• Support maintenance operations
• Help residents with technology setup

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED required
• Experience and/or Training: Customer service, hospitality, property management, maintenance, or related experience preferred
• Licenses/Certificates: Valid Driver's License preferred

Benefits

• Compensation: Salary up to $26.00 per hour + Bonus Opportunity of up to 10% Annually
