Property Support Center - Senior Financial Analyst

Responsibilities

• Support the budgeting, financial planning, reporting and forecasting processes.
• Work directly with the individual business units of the Company to ensure accuracy and standardization of the Company’s financial forecasts, reports and budgets.
• Analyze operational and financial data/metrics in order to provide insightful analysis to drive management actions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Business or Finance
• 3+ years experience in corporate finance department within the Budget or FP&A function.
• Excellent Microsoft Excel skills and understanding of financial statements.
• Proficiency with MS Power BI and Workday ERP with Adaptive Planning are a plus.
