We need to output HTML fragment with sections only if real content. Use

for headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must not repeat job title. Must not include Job ID etc. Must preserve all substantive info, remove boilerplate. We need to parse the job description. Key sections: - About This Role: description about maintaining magic, etc. That's "About the role". Should be

About the role

then

with that paragraph. - Essential Functions: list of duties. That's responsibilities. Use

Responsibilities

then
  • each duty. - Additional Duties And Responsibilities: also responsibilities, could combine. - What You Bring Required: Education And Experience etc. That's qualifications/requirements. Could split into Requirements (education/experience) and Knowledge And Skills (skills). Also Preferred. - Competencies: maybe not a standard heading; but we could include under Skills? But we have headings list: Skills, Qualifications, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Competencies maybe not needed; but we could treat as Skills? However instructions: include a section ONLY when posting has real, specific content for it. Competencies are present; but not in list of allowed headings. We could map to Skills? But they are more like behavioral competencies. Could put under Skills? Might be okay but better to follow allowed headings. The allowed headings are: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We can decide to put Competencies under Skills or Qualifications. Probably Skills. - Working Conditions: maybe not a standard heading; could be omitted or placed under Requirements? But we have no heading for Working Conditions. Could omit? But we must preserve ALL substantive information. If we omit, we lose info. Could we include under Requirements? Not ideal. Could we create a custom heading? Not allowed per instructions: use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It says "e.g." implying those are examples, but likely they expect only those headings. Safer to stick to those. We could incorporate Working Conditions into Requirements or Skills? Might be okay. - Benefits: On-site housing is available and pay will be adjusted if used. That's a benefit. Also maybe other benefits not listed. So we can have Benefits section with that. - Pay: Hiring Range: $18.00-$26.00 per hour. That's pay. - Schedule: Not explicitly given, but mentions flexible schedule, some evenings, weekends, on-call shifts. That's schedule info. So we can have Schedule section. Thus we will produce sections:

    About the role

... (the About This Role paragraph)

    Responsibilities

    • ... list of essential duties and additional duties combined.

    Requirements

Education and Experience: 2-Year Associates or technical degree in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or other construction trade, and 3+ years’ experience in a similar position; OR demonstrate a combination of equivalent experience and training which provide required knowledge, skills, and abilities.

    Qualifications

Maybe we can put Knowledge And Skills here? But Qualifications could be knowledge and skills? Actually Qualifications often includes knowledge, skills, abilities. We'll put Knowledge And Skills under Qualifications.

    Skills

Maybe we put Competencies here? Or we could put computer skills etc under Skills. But we already used Knowledge And Skills under Qualifications. Might be duplication. Let's think: The posting has "Knowledge And Skills" section with bullet-like list. That's clearly skills. So we should put that under Skills heading. Then Qualifications could be Education/Experience? But we already used Requirements for education/experience. Could swap: Requirements = Education/Experience; Qualifications = Knowledge And Skills; Skills = Competencies? But Competencies are more like behavioral competencies. Could be considered Skills as well. However we have limited headings; we need to allocate. Better: Use Requirements for Education/Experience. Use Qualifications for Knowledge And Skills (the list). Use Skills for Competencies (the six competencies). That seems logical. Thus:

    Requirements

Education And Experience: 2-Year Associates or technical degree in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or other construction trade, and 3 plus years’ experience in a similar position; OR demonstrate a combination of equivalent experience and training which provide required knowledge, skills, and abilities.

    Pay

    Hiring Range: $18.00-$26.00 per hour.

    Schedule

Availability to work a flexible schedule, including some evenings, weekends, and on-call shifts as required by position responsibilities.

We also need to include the About the role paragraph: "Maintain the magic at Camp Singing Hills! The Property Specialist, under the general direction of the Property Manager, ensures the safe and smooth operation of property, structures, amenities, and grounds so that all have a successful experience in our properties. This specialist will oversee the year-round management of our Camp Singing Hills property in Waterville, Minnesota. The role will also require periodic on-call availability and the ability to provide emergency coverage when needed. On-site housing is available and pay will be adjusted if used. This position requires strong organization, reliability, and a willingness to learn. While it does not have direct people management responsibilities, it has a high impact on outcomes, relationships, and the experience of girls, volunteers, or partners." We should not repeat On-site housing and pay adjustment in About the role? It's already there; we can keep it. Now we need to ensure we didn't include boilerplate like "Disclaimer", "Working Conditions", etc. We omitted Working Conditions and Disclaimer. That's okay? We might lose some substantive info like physical demands. But we could incorporate physical demands into Requirements or Skills? Could add a bullet under Requirements? But the instruction: Preserve ALL substantive information. If we omit Working Conditions, we lose that info. We need to include it somewhere. Since we don't have a specific heading for Working Conditions, we could add it under Requirements or Skills as a bullet. Perhaps under Requirements we can add a paragraph about physical demands. Or under Skills we could add a bullet for physical abilities. Let's add a bullet under Requirements: "Physical demands: sufficient eye-to-hand coordination; ability to stand and walk for extended periods; ability to frequently stop, climb, bend, kneel, crouch, reach overhead, grasp, push, pull, lift, and move objects up to 50 pounds at shoulder height, and occasionally lift more than 50 pounds; demonstrated normal depth perception; ability to see and read printed materials, distinguish colors; read and understand rules and policies, labels, and instructions; verbal communication including ability to speak and hear at normal room levels; ability to travel to and/or attend offsite meetings; comply with conditions of GSRV housing agreement." That seems reasonable. Also we need to include "Comply with conditions of GSRV housing agreement." Already in Benefits maybe. We also need to include "Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions." Could add under Requirements. Let's incorporate that. Now check for any other substantive info: "Subscribe to the principles of the Girl Scout Movement Become a registered member of GS
