Property Site Caretaker

About the role

Accessible Space is a national nonprofit provider of high-quality accessible, affordable housing. We are seeking a part‑time Property Caretaker / Maintenance person for our apartment building in Greeley, CO. The position includes a rent‑free unit.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and safe environment
• Complete minor building and unit maintenance repairs
• Perform all duties related to unit turnovers
• Carry out ongoing routine maintenance and prevention checks
• Implement required unit and building inspections
• Perform routine errands
• Obtain bids on contracted maintenance and repair work

Qualifications

• One year of experience performing minor building and maintenance repairs
• Ability to work independently
• Effective oral and written communication skills
• Ability to interact appropriately with individuals

Pay

$20 – $21 per hour

Schedule
