Accessible Space is a national nonprofit provider of high-quality accessible, affordable housing. We are looking for a part-time Property Caretaker / Maintenance person for our apartment building in Hibbing, MN.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and safe environment
• Complete minor building and unit maintenance repairs
• Do all duties related to unit turnovers
• Carry out ongoing routine maintenance and prevention checks
• Implement required unit and building inspections
• Perform routine errands
• Obtain bids on contracted maintenance and repair work

Qualifications

• One year of experience in performing minor building and maintenance repairs
• Work independently
• Effective communicate orally and in writing
• Ability to effectively and appropriately interact with individuals
• Availability to complete general work responsibilities Monday through Friday between the hours of 7am and 6pm
