About the role
As a Property Records Specialist within Raytheon Property Operations Records Management Team, you will contribute to a fast-paced team and work closely with Property and Logistics functional management and other functions that support the Raytheon property system. The ideal candidate will be a strong individual contributor with the ability to effectively collaborate with these functions to develop and implement organizational goals, influence system solutions, facilitate forward-thinking initiatives—including streamlining and integrating processes—and incorporate best-in-class reliable solutions for customer and enterprise requirements supporting the management of identified property records (Special Tooling, Special Test Equipment, and Equipment).
Responsibilities
- Support property records management activities in a complex environment responsible for managing government, customer, and company property records.
- Actively participate in a culture of improvement and efficiency within the property records organization, driving innovative solutions and affordability.
- Display effective communication and strong professional behaviors.
- Communicate with customers (both internal and external) to shape proactive relationships that ensure compliance with all regulations, enhance data integrity and records accuracy, company policies, and audit protocols.
Requirements
- U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.
- Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum five (5) years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum three (3) years' experience.
- Experience with either Logistics, Operations, Contracts, Programs, Government Property, or Supply Chain.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in government property and Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) compliance areas, including interpreting and implementing FAR and DFAR contract property requirements.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, to effectively collaborate with Engineering, Logistics, Manufacturing, Operations, Programs, Property, Supply Chain, and Customers.
- Working knowledge of SAP and asset ERP systems.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Word), including use of macros and formulas.
- Knowledge of SharePoint.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing situations and urgent requests to ensure business needs are met.
- Ability to build and maintain effective relationships based on mutual respect with peers, customers, and team members.
- Self-starter who requires minimal supervision and can manage priorities effectively.
- Ability to identify issues and drive process improvements throughout the organization.
- Previous DoD experience.
- National Property Management Association CPPS certification or ability to obtain within 1 year.
Pay
The salary range for this role is 86,800 USD – 165,200 USD. The salary range provided is a good-faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
