We need to output HTML fragment with sections: h3 for headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections where there is real specific content. We must not repeat job title. No Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate. Must preserve all substantive info. We need to parse the posting. Content: Introduction: paragraph about RPS. Overview Property | Middle Market & E&S: description of role. How You'll Make An Impact: bullet-like list of duties. Key Details: Territory, Work Arrangement, Travel. About You: qualifications. Preferred Experience: more qualifications. Compensation And Benefits: paragraph about benefits, but no specific compensation numbers. It says "Competitive compensation" but no specifics. According to rules: never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless posting actually states them. It mentions "Competitive compensation" but not specific numbers; also "Comprehensive benefits programs". It does not give details. Should we include Benefits section? It says "Comprehensive benefits programs designed to support your well-being". That's somewhat generic but still mentions benefits. The rule: never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. It does state benefits exist, but not specifics. Is that enough? Likely we should include a Benefits section with the description given. However we must avoid filler like "commensurate with experience". "Competitive compensation" is vague but maybe acceptable as it states compensation exists. The rule says "never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them." It does state "Competitive compensation" and "Comprehensive benefits programs". So we can include Benefits section with that text. Pay section maybe not because no specific pay numbers. Schedule not mentioned. So we include Benefits only. We need to use

for section headings. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use

for prose. We need to decide sections: About the role (maybe from Overview), Responsibilities (from How You'll Make An Impact), Requirements (from About You and Preferred Experience), Skills (maybe from abilities), Benefits (from Compensation And Benefits). Could also include Territory/Work Arrangement/Travel as a section? Not in list of allowed headings; but we could put under About the role or Responsibilities? The allowed headings are limited to those; we should not create other headings. So we need to fit content into those headings. Possibly "About the role" can include overview and key details. "Responsibilities" can include the impact bullet list. "Requirements" can include education/experience. "Skills" can include abilities like communication, negotiation, etc. "Benefits" can include compensation and benefits paragraph. We must not repeat job title. No extra headings. We must preserve all substantive information. So we need to ensure we don't lose any details like Territory, Work Arrangement, Travel. Those must go somewhere, maybe in About the role section as prose. We must not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep specifics like "Territory: Western United States", "Work Arrangement: Hybrid", "Travel: Moderate travel for agency visits, broker meetings, industry events, and business development activities as needed". Must keep them exactly. We need to avoid duplication. Let's extract sections. Overview paragraph: "Property | Middle Market & E&S Responsible for supporting the growth and profitability of a Property portfolio through underwriting, marketing, and relationship management activities. Reviews, evaluates, and underwrites new and renewal business within delegated authority while developing strong agency and broker relationships. Contributes to retention, growth, and service objectives through sound underwriting practices and proactive business development efforts." That's about role. How You'll Make An Impact: list of duties (each sentence). We'll turn into

    • . Key Details: Territory, Work Arrangement, Travel. About You: Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and industry experience. 3+ years of commercial Property underwriting experience. Experience underwriting Middle Market and/or Excess & Surplus (E&S) Property business preferred. Demonstrated ability to analyze risk exposures, evaluate coverage needs, and make sound underwriting decisions. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, production-driven environment. Self-motivated and entrepreneurial with a strong interest in business development and market-facing activities. Preferred Experience: Property underwriting experience with a focus on Middle Market and/or E&S business. Established broker and agency relationships throughout the Western United States. Strong business development and relationship management skills. Proven ability to market, generate, and develop new business opportunities. Ability to build and maintain a healthy pipeline of submissions and contribute to regional growth initiatives. Strong technical underwriting, coverage analysis, and risk assessment capabilities. Compensation And Benefits: paragraph: "At Gallagher, we believe supporting our colleagues goes far beyond the role itself. For more information, visit our Benefits page. Competitive compensationComprehensive benefits programs designed to support your well-being Career development opportunities and ongoing learning A collaborative, people-first culture with accessible leadership The opportunity to do meaningful work with global reach and local impact At Gallagher, we are dedicated to building an inclusive and authentic workplace. If your past experience doesn’t align perfectly, we encourage you to join our Talent Community to stay connected to additional career opportunities. At times, we will consider transferable skills from previous roles. Gallagher is an affirmative action/equal opportunity employer (Minorities/Females/Veterans/Disabled)". We need to remove EEO boilerplate? The instruction says remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate. So we should remove the EEO line at end. Also remove "For more information, visit our Benefits page." maybe considered boilerplate? It's a link instruction; could be considered navigation? Probably remove. Also remove "At Gallagher, we believe supporting our colleagues goes far beyond the role itself." maybe keep as it's part of benefits description. But we need to keep substantive info: Competitive compensation, Comprehensive benefits programs, Career development opportunities, ongoing learning, collaborative people-first culture, accessible leadership, opportunity to do meaningful work with global reach and local impact, inclusive authentic workplace, Talent Community, transferable skills. We'll keep those. We must not include Pay section; we have Benefits. Now decide headings: - About the role: combine Overview + Key Details (Territory, Work Arrangement, Travel) maybe also some intro? The Introduction paragraph about RPS could also go here as general company description. That seems appropriate for About the role. - Responsibilities: the How You'll Make An Impact list. - Requirements: combine About You (education/experience) and maybe also Preferred Experience? But Preferred Experience is more like preferred qualifications; could go under Requirements or Skills. We'll put Requirements for mandatory qualifications (education, years experience, etc.) and Preferred Experience maybe under Skills or Requirements as well. But we need to avoid thin sections. Could combine all qualifications under Requirements. - Skills: abilities like communication, negotiation, relationship-building, analytical, business development, technical underwriting, coverage analysis, risk assessment, ability to manage multiple priorities, self-motivated, entrepreneurial, etc. Could be separate. - Benefits: the compensation and benefits paragraph. We must not create sections with filler. Ensure each heading has substantive content. Let's draft. HTML:
