About the Role

Bader, a leading property management firm in the Twin Cities, is seeking a Property Manager to oversee operations at Winton House, Richland Court, and New Orleans Court. Responsibilities

• Understand, manage, and oversee all operations, including maintenance, capital improvements, lease administration, budgeting, and marketing.
• Provide superior customer service and communication to residents and prospects to enhance satisfaction, retention, revenue, reputation, and profitability.
• Develop, mentor, lead, and manage a cohesive team across leasing, customer service, maintenance, and management to maximize engagement and minimize turnover.
• Establish and maintain industry contacts through involvement in trade organizations, property management associations, and networking with vendors and peers.
• Support the company’s philosophy, goals, and policies, ensuring compliance with OSHA standards, Fair Housing rules, and company safety policies.
• Pursue educational opportunities and self-improvement for personal and professional growth.
• Perform any additional tasks as directed by the Regional Asset Manager.

Schedule

Full-Time, Monday - Friday, 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., with additional hours based on property needs.

Pay

$60,000 - $70,000 annually.
