About the role
The successful candidate will manage properties and ensure compliance with tax credit requirements.
Responsibilities
- Manage property operations including maintenance, tenant relations, and financial management
- Ensure compliance with federal and state tax credit regulations
- Oversee property inspections and prepare reports
- Develop and implement strategies to improve property performance
Requirements
- Minimum five years of Property Management and Tax Credit Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Knowledge of tax credit programs and regulations
- Experience with property management software
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
