Job Description

• Manage day-to-day operations of an ultra-luxury rental high-rise in Manhattan.
• Oversee property maintenance to ensure facilities meet luxury standards.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers for property needs.
• Ensure compliance with all local and state property regulations.
• Handle tenant relations, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Develop and manage budgets, ensuring financial efficiency and cost control.
• Implement strategies to enhance resident satisfaction and retention.
• Maintain accurate records related to property operations and tenant interactions.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Property Manager should have:

• Experience managing ultra-luxury rental high-rises in Manhattan.
• Strong knowledge of property management best practices and local regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with residents and vendors.
• Proven ability to manage budgets and control costs effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
